• Your submission meets all eligibility and formatting requirements
• All team member details are correct
• The submitted work is original
Incomplete submissions may not be considered.
Secure Supervisor Approval
Download the official Supervisor's Approval Template.
Enter your project title, list all team members, and select your specific Competition Track.
Obtain your supervisor’s signature to officially endorse your entry.
Stage 1: Prepare Your Project Materials
Use the official ARIIF templates to develop:
Two-Page Project Summary (PDF) outlining your project goals, methodology, and expected results.
Project Video (3–4 minutes).
