Individual participants or teams
All Project Profiles must be successfully uploaded to the University QMS (Quality Management System) to be considered for evaluation.
All participants must obtain formal approval from their project or course supervisor before registering for the forum.
The forum features two distinct pathways for participation:
Course Projects: Outstanding work developed as part of the academic curriculum across different years.
Research Projects: Independent or mentored research initiatives that drive technical innovation.

Judging Criteria
To ensure a professional and transparent evaluation, each project will be assessed based on the following four pillars:
Innovation & Creativity
The originality of the idea and the uniqueness of the proposed solution.
Practical & Industrial Impact
The potential for real-world application and the project's ability to solve specific industry challenges.
Technical Quality & Implementation
The rigor of the methodology, the stability of the Prototype, and the depth of the Technical Document.
Presentation & Communication Skills
The clarity of the Project Video, the visual quality of the Poster, and the team’s ability to engage with the jury.
