Secure Supervisor Approval

• Download the official Supervisor's Approval Template.

• Enter your project title, list all team members, and select your specific Competition Track.

• Obtain your supervisor’s signature to officially endorse your entry.

Stage 1: Prepare Your Project Materials

• Use the official ARIIF templates to develop:

  • Two-Page Project Summary (PDF) outlining your project goals, methodology, and expected results.

  • Project Video (3–4 minutes).

Stage 2: Submit Final Deliverables (Upon Qualification)

• Once you receive notification of your qualification, prepare your final submission:

  • Technical Document: A detailed report of your findings and development process.

  • Prototype/Demo: A functional model or recorded demonstration of your solution.

• Upload: Submit all materials and the signed approval form via the official portal:

Stage 3: Showcase at ARIIF

• Present: Join us at the ElSewedy University of Technology (SUTECH) Campus during the week of April 19, 2026.

• Compete: Showcase your innovation to industry experts and compete for the forum’s top prizes.
